How long have you been in business?

We began operations in 2001, renting desks in a serviced office. We moved into our own premises in November 2005 and we've been here since. We pride ourselves on long serving team members and long standing client relationships.

Is WordPress all you do?

Pretty much, but we also do HTML websites if you prefer. We're big fans of WordPress and use it for content management, blogging, e-commerce, online catalogs and most other things that you would normally require.

How does a project typically work?

We'll discuss your requirements with you and scope the project as best as we can. We don't normally work on a "per hour" basis because that can lead to misunderstandings. We'll provide you with a quote and work with you to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget. It's impossible to set rules for every possible eventuality, so we work hard on open and honest communication.

What are your payment terms?

It depends on the size of the project. For large projects, we usually require an up front payment, followed by installments at agreed milestones. For smaller projects, we require half or more before we commence work. For designers and web professionals with whom we have ongoing relationships, payment terms are structured broadly along the lines of monthly billing.

How do I pay you?

For clients based within India, we bill you by email and accept payment in cash, cheque or online via NEFT. For international clients, we bill via PayPal. Payment can be made by credit card and you do not need a PayPal account.

What about SEO, Social Media and Ad Words?

We focus on development and don't provide these services. However, these can be very important in the success of a website and we will be happy to refer to you to skilled professionals that we've worked with and whom we trust.
